Abstract:
Dr. Dash Wu is the affiliated professor at RiskLab of University of Toronto. He is the director of RiskChina Research Center of University of Toronto.
He also serves as the research fellow and affiliated lecturer at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
His research interests focus on performance evaluation in financial industry, risk management, business data mining and competing supply chain management.
His work has appeared/forthcoming in such journals as International Journal of Production Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Expert Systems with Applications, Socio-Economic Planning Sciences, Applied Mathematics and Computation, Computers and Operations Research, International Journal of System Science, International Journal of Information Technology and Decision Making, Mathematical and Computer Modelling, International Journal of Information Technology and Management et al.
He is the Editor in Chief of International Journal of Services Sciences (IJSSCI, http://www.inderscience.com/IJSSCI).
He is a key member of PRMIA (the Professional Risk Managers' International Association) Academic Advisory Committee and steering committee member.
He takes the leadership of PRMIA institute- China, a branch academic institution in China.
He has served as editorial board members of Int. J. of Risk Assessment and Management, , Int. J. of Knowledge Management Studies , Int. J. of Information Technology and Management, Int. J. of Financial Services Management , Int. J. of Electronic Customer Relationship Management, Int. Dr. Wu is selected and appointed into “the Academic Advisory Committee of the Professional Risk Managers' International Association (PRMIA)”, and is selected into “highlighted outstanding” news press by Inderscience publisher, a leading publisher in UK. He has been invited to write general overview of a couple of research areas.
His book, Enterprise Risk Management coauthored with David L. Olson, to appear at World Scientific, summarizes early work in this area. His research and insights on risk management, has been interviewed and reported by the international magazine “China Insights”.
